Often times “things” like trees and rocks, or sometimes “things” like problems, fears, unexplored traditions, or even rules that make no sense; these can all block our view of our true horizon. We have horizons that are geographic and we have horizons that are intangible, yet, very real and important to us. On this blog “Godly Patriarchy”, I want to explore the horizons that are the borders of something very real and vitally important to us all. These fundamental issues are core to our understanding who we are and what our purpose is in this life. What it means to be a man, What it means to be a woman. What marriage is to be like. I will explore these issues from the perspective of the Bible, which was inspired by and dictated by God. I’ve found it most effective to talk to the designer, if we want to understand how a mechanism is to function. In our case, the mechanism is marriage and the players are men and women.

I will also be including pages on How to know God, How to most effectively study the Bible, and anything else that I hear you might find interesting.
